Reseal and repaint on bay window (external) #2

The area where the bay window that joins the external wall has failed and is allowing rain into the ceiling cavity below causing leaking. The join where the metal roof meets the brick/concrete wall needs to be prepared, resealed and repainted ensuring a waterproof finish. The join is about 2m long and the top of the bay window is accessible with a standard full-size ladder.
