Our kitchen wall

There seems to be water coming into our kitchen wall. Between the inside wall and the outside wall. There is water dripping from the top of the window sill and some of the wood on the wall and roof is discoloured and has gone soft. Last year the skylight in the same room was leaking but that was stopped by resealing the skylight. Our house is wooden.
