Leak from gutter/roof?

We have recently discovered a leak in the front porch of our 2 story 1910s villa. There’s not a huge amount of water and it’s hard to tell where it is coming from, possibly the roof or through the overhead gutter. The wooden windowsill below appears to becoming swollen and saturated over time with the moisture and may also need replacing. We would like an assessment of the work to be done and a quote.
