Roof/Weatherboard leaking in garage

I have a leak in the garage. It is right underneath the roof flashing intersection and gutter. Want someone to find the source of the leak and reseal it. As some of the timber and skirting board is potentially water damaged, we may need to replace them as well. The section is accessible both from the garage or roof cavity. The situation is worse when there is string northerlies. I took some photos and videos during the rain.
