Rain water leakage from the desk sliding door , need to water proof work and also the repair for surrounding wooden edges due to the water damage.

The leaking is not actually from the window. window frame , it was from the wall beside the window . ii only realized it after they have done all the works because it was leaking again when the rain came ( with southernly wind as the class door was facing south) . they did not fixed the problem but i guess it was not their specialty to do those wall fixing work. they did put back the window frame & paint it . i paid the full quoted price for it.
