Possible Roof leak

Identify the source of the leak and resolve by repairing. Since we first observed this leak last year, we haven't noticed it after heavy rains. However, it is evident that there is some water damage. The flash on the roof (close to where the leak has occurred) has rusted and may be the source of the leak, however we are unsure and this needs to be tested. Timeframe: as early as possible.
