Leaky walls/ceiling

With all the rain overnight, water has started to trickle through the walls/ceiling in our kitchen and living room. The wall is getting quite damp from this. We'd like someone to take a look - preferably today whilst you can see the water coming in - and propose short term/long term solutions with quotes accordingly. Note that this exterior wall is on stilts, the leaking area being some 6 meters above the ground. Thanks for your consideration!
