We have got a downstairs bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Recently I discovered that water may have been slowly seeping through adjoining living room wall from the shower wall.The wall and carpet near the wall is now quite moisture laden and stinks. A couple of photos shows the downstairs bathroom bath tub and adjoining wall with moisture damage. We also have another en-suite bathroom upstairs. There is a small stain mark on the ceiling of a downstairs room where there is shower or toilet upstairs. So we would like someone to have a look at that too in order to determine whether their is a leakage from upstairs bathroom into ceiling of downstairs room. 3rd photograph shows the damage to the ceiling in room directly underneath the bathroom upstairs.
