Waterproof tiled outdoor fountain

I have a tiled Outdoor fountain where the water falls into a pond area that’s tiled. It appears that the waterproofing of the pond area is compromised as the water is draining away over 24 hours. I do not want to replace the tiles. I would like someone to inspect. Probably need to reseal the fountain/grouting
