Change window rubbers and small repairs for two windows

1.Refit the beads for a sliding door ( May need to deglaze the glass and reglaze to correct the rubber issue first) 2.One of the corner screws for a window might has snapped off. Need to remove the broken screw and replace with new one 3.Change window rubbers: ( the following stuff may be needed) Wedge rubber 25metres Twin leaf 29 metres 330A*4 Friction stays 500A*2 Friction stays Thanks
