Replace panel behind toilet

The wall behind our toilet does not have a skirting board, so water from the bathroom floor has soaked into the wall and damaged the wall. So i'm not quite sure what needs to be done, but we need a skirting board put up and potentially the whole gib panel needs to be replaced.
