Waterproof and paint double garage

My shed leaks, has a little moss growing on it, and there are a few places between the bricks that have crumbled. I need the shed cleaned off (I can waterblast), the gaps filled, waterproofed, and painted. Ideally the double shed door needs to be painted as well. Size 6.3m square, all four walls. Care to be taken not to get any paint on the coloured concrete as it can't be cleaned off without leaving a mark. Location is Johnsonville, a minutes drive from the mall.

Aqua are one of the best tradesmen I've ever had work on my property. Hayden and his team helped decide the best way to approach the job, waterproofing and painting an older brick shed, and came up with a great solution - elastomeric paint, which is perfect for this job but I'd never heard of it. Communication was top notch before, during and after the job, which is almost as important as the job itself. They did a great job, with only one tiny flaw that most people wouldn't even notice, and I'm sure if I asked they'd come back and touch it up - but I'll do it myself as it'll take 2 minutes. Almost every tradesman does some kind of damage, Aqua did very little, getting some spots of paint on a driveway but they cleaned it up afterwards with a water blaster and gave the whole area a bit of a clean too. Overall the job was very well done, the shed looks great, and I have much more confidence in it being waterproof - it's survived the past two days storms fine. I highly recommend Aqua, I'll use them myself next time I have a painting job to do, and I've already referred them to one good friend. I'm also happy for them to give out my number, I'll happily give a verbal reference and show people the job they did if requested.
