Several weatherproofing/waterproofing jobs, the extend of the work will depend on cost and time. At a minimum we are wanting - Repair of cladding and sriber trim (photo 1) - Review/target repair of Heatpump unit attached to cladding (photo 2) -Installation of flashing system or sealant around electricity meter box (photos 3) - Repair of chimney flashing (photo 4) - Resealing/repair of isolated roof tiles and ridge caps. (photos 5-8) - Review/repair of isolated soffit board (photo 9) In addition depending on quote we may require - Outdoor deck with cantileved joist penetrations review for weathertightness (photo 10), - Deck balustrade directly fixed to cladding quote for upgrade to front faced fixing method (photo 11). Ideally we would like this done in the coming weeks. The dwelling is a single story with on street parking and 50 steps down to the house.
