Garage Leak

The garage on the north side has started leaking. This was an issue from few years back but only was on the skirting boards on the ceiling and now it is on the floor too. Recently asked a roofer to have a look and they sealed the roof flashing (where wires was coming in the house) but seems like it didn’t work. The picture is taken after heavy rain last night. Need to find where the leak is, fix it, and potentially replace the damage baseboards please. May need to verify it actually from the roof or from outside weatherboards.
