Leak caused major rotting underneath Balcony

It seems that rain has slowly found away to get from the Balcony above our lounge (from the bedroom) down through the Lounge ceiling. I had previously advertised this job thinking it was just a leak to be fixed. Upon removing the Jib from the area where water had come into the lounge, I discovered that a major support timber had rotted clean away. So not only has the leak to be checked out, but a fixing of the supports under the bedroom balcony is also required. The deck has traffigard on it, and the house was built in 1995.

Riteway did a really good job on our balcony and fixed everything as per the schedule. They were neat and tidy and had a professional attitude at all times. We are pleased with the finished work and would have no problem offering them more work if required.
