sorting rotten weatherboards and drainage in yard

phase 1: prior to putting in a deck we want sort out some rotten weatherboards around the house. We also need to sort what drainage in yard + concrete path will be needed to avoid future rotten boards and future proof things so we can get decking over top. This might mean a look at where the drains go currently and might involve some kind of flashings for current weatherboards onto current concrete. potential phase 2: build a deck! we may do this at a later stage.
