Extractor Fan leak

In bad weather getting water coming through hobs extractor fan, and also in the roof around the extractor ducting. This has impacted on kitchen ceiling around extractor fan. Roof is concrete tiles. Ideally want to stop both the leaking through and around the extractor fan. Repair of kitchen ceiling once leak sorted.
