Leak from rangehood (fixed to the roof)

I have water dipping down to my stove through the rangehood when it's raining. Rangehood is fixed to the roof /ceiling. It's only happening when wind blowing from one particular direction. It might be a chance I need to re-seal surrounding on a roof or something with the cap. I need qualified specialist to fix it. Currently is looking for the quote on this job.
