Waterproofing a balcony

Our 6th floor central Wellington apartment has a roof top balcony that is leaking into the walls and roof of the bedroom below. The floor of the balcony is tiles, the walls concrete. There is also a drain close to the offending area. We need a waterproofing specialist to investigate the area and suggest solutions to make it waterproof.
