Deck Waterproofing.

Have a large deck (~35sqm) which is sealed with Butynol material, which is probably from the 80's when it was constructed. Not leaking currently but deck is constructed over bedroom so would like to get it sorted before it does. Has a low point in the centre of the deck so would need to have correct fall sorted before resealing.
