Southern side of house has mold problem and the under house fills up with water after rain. This may cause the southern side of the house inner walls to be moldy. The Master bedroom widows need replacing. I also suspect the plasterboard may need replacing as well. There may also be some rotting in the internal walls. Suspect need drainage specialist, Builder, Window Joiner. Builder.
