I need some one who specialises in weather tightness house inspection. My bank needs a report by Monday 12pm 4th February. The report must outline the following "The report is to be provided by a specialist company with recognised experience in weather tightness remediation. The inspector's report is to include moisture readings, detail the extent of the required repairs and the expected cost to complete this work."
