Regrout bath and replace inside window sill in bathroom 2

I live in an apartment block. The inside bathroom sill needs replacing because it is mouldy and in one place has worn through to chipboard below. It is some kind of laminate/lino cover. Length is about 1.5 metres and width 10 cms. The bath also needs regrouting. Job quote to include materials.
