Seal old storm drain pipe holes

We upgraded the storm water pipe for a balcony. The pipe goes thru concrete retaining wall and down in the ground. We need sealing of the old hole in the retaining wall and waterproofing the outside of the retaining wall before the pipe on the outside gets covered with soil again. Also sealing of the old down pipe hole at the balcony level. Please see the photos attached. As the weather is still not good we prefer this done ASAP.
