We have identified two leaks in our house. The house is three stories, and cascades down a bank. Top story is at street level. When it rains (any wind direction) the floor and skirting board on the second level floor begins to get wet (south east corner of house). it does not appear to be an issue on other floors in that spot. On the second floor at the middle of the eastern side of the house water also enters and wets a part of the floorboard when it rains. All three floors of the house are accessible by a balcony so are that runs right along the eastern side of the house.
