Our rental property laundry has water tightness issues. The townhouse was built in 2010. Most likely something to do with rain drainage. There is water damage to both the south wall and floor. Some of the wall is rotten. We know that the leak has developed slowly over time but has not been attended to. We would like the leek investigated and fixed before it gets worse.
