As per photos, we have a concrete floor where rising damp has caused a mold / carpet deterioration issue. We are after someone who can ideally: 1. Measure or assess moisture 2. Recommend appropriate membrane treatment - inside and possibly outside to seal pathway and junction to house which is near level to floor but slopes away from building Treatment area would be at a minimum ~ 10m2 covering floor next to east and south exterior walls locations as per photos plus a separate raised footing in another room (photo not included) Area could extend to main living area floor + outside paths if required which ~ 35m2 depending on moisture assessment. We'd like the ability to tile over or carpet after membrane application but open to suggestions. The property is currently tenanted so site visit needs to be arranged in advance, however tenants are flexible and motivated to have problem fixed.
