The first area that is leaking is at a junction of the roof we’re the roofing iron is bent and cut. The caps that are used to flash the cuts in the iron are starting to rust out so water is able to get directly into the ceiling space. The quick fix would be to silicon up around the effected areas. But this is a short term fix and would most likely need a re roof in years to come. The second area that is leaking is in the junction of butynol to spouting at the rear of the house. I believe this to be caused by poor workmanship and would need to be looked at by an authorised applicator, but could potentially be a quick fix.
