Roof maintenance - Please I need Help!!

I have a butanal roof as part of an alteration that was done. There is a leak by the chimney, I assume it is because there are not flushings installed. there is some other maintenance to be done as well. I would like to get an overall assessment of the roof and get it fixed.

Let's start off by saying, stay away, stay as far away as possible. I read a earlier review about a guy that said Gab will end up on Fairtrade, I assumed thing changed as there were a lot of good reviews... I was wrong things did not change, my roof is still leaking after a callback. Now he is just making empty promises, I'm taking off work to meet him and he never shows... Will have to settle this in court. Just stay away and if you started a job DO NOT pay until you are 100% satisfied.

"Disappointing comments. Client was happy with initial job. There was an issue with a leak around chimney area. I have been back numerous occasions to attend to it and have organised further work by a 3rd party at my cost to try remedy the leak. This extra work has been done at no charge, this after my initial quote only describing work which was carried out and completed. Unfortunate situation However I can only do the work quoted and go above and beyond to a certain point."
