Bungalow repair

We need several leaks fixed. The house is a 1930’s bungalow with an 80’s addition at the back. There is a leak at the front of the house which lets water through the top of the bay window. There is also a leak at the join between the 30’s and 80’s section. Plus waterproofing around outlet for kitchen extractor. We also want quotes for restoring the front of the house by removing the flat boards on the top half and replacing it with weather boards or shingles (rough estimate of total area 7000mm x 1500mm
