Leaky Balcony/Ceiling (Rebuild or Repair)

Hi I'm searching for help on behalf of my parents, we have a balcony/roof leaking into the downstairs rumpus room. I would like to get a quote on repairing balcony with more suitable material as the tiles are cracking which has caused the leak over time, Balcony is 26m2 at least, ceiling is old chipboard and is soaked in the middle and far corner by a door.
