My home is clad in PVC Palliside traditional shape weatherboards, and there are wooden trim strips down the left and right hand side of the windows, These wooden trims are rotting and need replacing, so I am looking for someone to replace them for me, as cutting trim to fit a weatherboard pattern is not my thing :) I am open to alternative ideas, else I expect the following will be required, supply of new windows trim strips, cut to fit existing weatherboard pattern, painted, and fitted - possibly with screws into the PVC weatherboards - noting the existing ones are nailed in, yet I dont believe many of the nails went into the wooden frame. There are about 12 windows in the home, but I am unsure how many actually need replacing - as there are some that clearly need replacing, but others that feel absolutely solid - but once again I will be open to suggestions once inspected by someone with more knowledge about these things - it is possible that maybe a mixture of treated and untreated timber was used - no idea. So I guess I'm looking for a builder (whom is experienced with window trims on weatherboards) to come and inspect the house, and suggest a fix for the rotting I am experiencing, be it just a replacements of any affected trims, or full replacement if recommended. Regards, Dennis
