We have a persistent leak from our roof/window flashing during heavy rain during high winds. Despite sealant work on the roof and flashing, the leak persists, with consequential damage to the ceiling below. We need someone to work out where the leak is happening, fix it, repair the ceiling (replace gib?), etc. We have new windows being installed in mid-February, and will have scaffolding in place to allow safe access to the site at that time.
