Repair wall and make it watertight

Bathroom wall behind shower has rotted through. Feels like it has rotted framework as well as wallboard. Seems to have affected flooring on other side of wall (laundry end of kitchen). Not sure if the issue is a not watertight bathroom or if there is a water leak somewhere.( I can't hear any water running though.)
