Tanking / repair of paint-on waterproof membrane on garage wall

My house has a concrete block wall garage which is partially built into a bank. Tree roots have punctured the waterproofing membrane on the wall. I have removed the trees, dug out the trench, and just need a tradie to re-seal the wall and put in a protective sheet in place, backfill it, and then pour a concrete capping around the top. I believe it's a paint-on waterproof membrane. It's a 3 metre stretch of wall, and about 1 metre deep. Easy access, and you can park onsite. Need it done asap!
