Sill Leak

Hi, we have a set of external-facing bifold doors (5 + 5 units) and french doors (2 units), all already installed, that are letting in water underneath their sills. We are looking to get this fixed, open to suggestions but I think we need to move the outside 10m-long gutter right up to the sill edge (it's an inch or two away currently) and/or and/or widen it and/or install suitable flashings,
