Job: Replacement of short sections of roof flashing + locating and sealing leak hole. This is a small flat roof. Last night the room below it was the victim of a leak. The cause of the leak was due to a blocked drain that let the rainwater fill up the gully around the edge of the roof, allowing the water to rise up above and behind the old flashing. I suspect the hole is some where behind the old flashing, and want this located and sealed before the new flashing goes on. The roof itself had a new coat of Hitchins Traffigard Waterproofing System put on in February this year. There are 3 lengths of flashing I want replaced, totalling 5.5 meters. They will need to be fixed into the concrete crenelations. Access can be gained with a tall ladder. I am at home during the day and can assist where it would be helpful. Feel free to ask for any further details. I would love to have this done before the weekend if possible. Cheers
