Waterproffing membrane on cinder block

Need a waterproofing membrane applied to approximately 1.5m wide x 3m depth which needs to wrap around a right angle. Surface applied to is cinder block. I have dug away the earth to provide the best access I can. The floor is set into a hillside. Access is easily achievable to location.
