Building repair work (water leaks)

I am a parent at Karori Playcentre and we are looking for a builder to have a look at 3 areas of our (circa 1970s) playcentre building (Campbell St) where we have the following water leaks: 1. Water getting in through a window ledge 2. Water getting in through another window ledge (other side of building) 3. A water leak in a veranda roof These appear to be old slow leaks and are mainly noticed during heavy rains. We are required to get 3 quotes before proceeding with any work.
