Waterproofing basement area

We have a basement area that seeps a bit of water.We have replaced leaking section of storm water drain and it is much reduced however there is still some slight seepage.We are wanting to put in a toilet and shower into the area but need it watertight. Will need drainage pipes or pump and not sure what else.Once it's water tight we can find someone to build the bathroom.
