Replace seal on aluminium sliding doors

Hello, I have two sliding doors that the seals are leaking and letting water in which is pooling in the tracks. These are single glazed, aluminium frames which would have been installed when the house was built in 1990. I would like the seals replaced to make them water tight again. Any questions then please ask! Richard
