I have two waterproofing projects: (1) I need to waterproof a concrete bedroom floor as the floor has elevated moisture levels. The floor will be carpeted. (2) I have a single garage with a flat concrete roof. The roof leaks. I'd like to have a membrane installed that would be suitable for walking on (and possible paving at a later stage).
