Waterproofing bathroom wall

The wall around the bath is currently just gib and needs to be covered with a laminated panel (eg Seratone). The wall height is 800mm above the bath and the 2 walls are roughy 700mm and 300mm. The whole area can be covered with one sheet ( --- ). Work is needed to cut the sheet and fit around window and cupboard and apply joints and grouting.
