There is a small leak coming down the outside of the fire flue when it rains. I've checked the chimney flashings and can't see anything obvious as to where a leak might be coming from. The roof in general is in excellent condition.

Good to see there are still tradies out there willing to take on the smaller jobs. One of the few who actually bothered to turn up and give a quote on the actual work required rather than something that didn't need doing. Steve turned up on Saturday to check it out and completed the work on the Monday, can't ask for better than that. Great workmanship on fixing the leak in the roof, communicated well. Would use Steve again for future work.
