Repairs to window sealing

Quote request for resealing of window panes. We have a number of windows where the putty/sealing around the glass is ageing and in the worst cases (weather-facing windows) there is instant seepage of water to inside of the window when it rains. I'm looking for advice and a quote on repairs to make the windows water tight. There are three and a double door that urgently need attending to, with another 15 or so which we can assess and I think a few of which may also need similar repairs. Most of the windows are at foot accessible level, with some on the second floor.
