Chimney flashing - Strathmore Park, on the flat

I have a chimney that needs new flashing around the base. This job needs to be done as soon as possible as the existing flashing is corroded/rusted and not waterproof. The chimney is approximately 50cmx50cm if measured square. The roof is decramastic (and will be recoated in spring). The house is on the flat, the house single storey, so there are no access issues. At the same time, I would like the skylight (x2) flashing checked so that they are sound and waterproof. I'm pretty sure they are but keen for another eye.
