Waterproofing basement garage

Require waterproofing of 2 concrete brick walls (each approx. 5m wide x 2.3m high) in basement garage that has earth on the other side. In heavy rain, water seeps through very slowly in various areas (white patches in the photos) and can form a puddle on the floor in the corner. Need to determine source of water problem. I would also like a guarantee on the work for peace of mind.
