Roof Leak needs fixing

We have a 1970s property with a corrugated iron roof that has a leak. The tenants have just noticed a crack in the paint in the ceiling and have drips of water coming in. They have a toddler and so we would like it fixed as soon as possible. This is the first time we have had problems like this. The house is on the side of a hill so access to the roof area could be difficult.
