Rotten lift lining replacement

Access lift (two storey shaft) has a leak somewhere. I need the leak identified and plugged, then the old wooden lining of the shaft removed, waterproof lining fitted and the shaft panels replaced. Lift technician can provide further detailed information if needed. Absolutely unsure of budget as depends on how much work is required and where the leak is. Will consider doing the work (assess, fix, replace) in stages with different contractors if need be.
