Repair roof leak and internally ceiling damage.

With the recent rain a leak in my roof has caused a part of my ceiling to leak leaving a sag and hole my bedroom ceiling. I am looking for a builder to repair the leak in the roof and repair the damaged ceiling area.

Leaking Basement

Basement to a 1975 built house, block base, brick and timber upper level, basement which is backed on 2 sides by earth is indicating moisture issues from recent building inspection. no pooling or physical leaking but paint is bubbling etc. would like a quote now with the intention of having the repair done in a month or so. We are looking for someone to do the earth removal, apply the waterproofing membrane then refill.

Bathroom Repair.

I have had a quote from another building company who looked at the job to do and this is their assessment. Dissconnect water supply.Remove taps.Remove all seratone from bathroom walls. Inspect for cause of water damage. Repair water damage up to sum of $400. Supply and install all new seratone wall lining. Leave site free of building debris, Quoted at $3,160,98. Property is a rental so I will need to converse with the tenant on when convenient to do the job.

Roof Leaks

We have a coloursteel corrugated iron roof which leaks in 2 areas when the rain comes from a certain direction. We have no idea of what it might cost but we need it fixed. The coloursteel is in good condition but we don't know where the water is entering

Entrance Roof Repair

Our entrance (atrium) is leaking, the roof is a type of corogated iron flat sheets. There is no covering on the ends so the water gets in easy. It is fully lined with fibrolite which is now feeling the effects of weathering. Wanting quote on repair/ replacement.
